Please read the valid user agreement carefully before starting to use the website https://yuzhnyiy.pizza-steak.com/ (hereinafter the “Site”). This Agreement is a legal document that defines the terms of the Site and the contract between you (hereinafter the “User”) and the owner of the Site (hereinafter the “Owner”).

1. Acceptance of terms

4.1. The Owner is not responsible for any damage caused by the User as a result of the use or inability to use the Site.

4.2. The Owner is not responsible for any damages caused by the User as a result of errors, inaccurate information or harmful content on the Website of third parties.

4.3. The Owner is not responsible for any damages caused to the User as a result of infringement of intellectual property rights by third parties.

4.4. The user bears full responsibility for any information that he posts on the Site, and undertakes not to post content on the Site that violates the rights of third parties or the law.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. All rights to intellectual property related to the Site (including, but not limited to, copyrights, trademarks and patents) belong to the Owner or third parties who grant the respective rights to the Owner.

6. Privacy and personal data

7. Legislation and Disputes

7.1. This Agreement is regulated and used in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

7.2. In case of disputes or disagreements between the User and the Owner, the parties undertake to resolve them through negotiations.

7.3. If disputes and disagreements cannot be resolved through negotiations, they shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

8. Changes and additions

8.1. The Owner has the right to make changes and additions to this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.

8.2. Changes and additions take effect from the moment of their publication on the Site.

8.3. The user undertakes to regularly familiarize himself with the existing Agreement for changes and additions.

9. Final provisions

9.1. This Agreement is the entire agreement between the User and the Owner regarding the use of the Site and supersedes all previous and concurrent agreements and arrangements between the parties.

9.2. If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of the Agreement.

9.3. No rights belonging to the Owner under this Agreement may be transferred to third parties without the prior written consent of the User.

9.4. This Agreement is binding for both the User and the Owner.

9.5. If the User violates the terms of this Agreement, the Owner reserves the right to terminate access to the Site without prior notice and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of such termination of access.

9.6. This Agreement is regulated and used in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

9.7. In the event of disputes and disagreements related to the implementation of this Agreement, the parties will seek to resolve them through negotiations. In case of impossibility of reaching an agreement, disputes will be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

9.8. This Agreement enters into force from the moment of use of the Site by the User and is valid until its termination by the Owner.
